GOOD PRACTICE FOR A CONSTRUCTIVE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
A good rental starts with good information

As a tenant, one has rights but also responsibilities in order to guarantee good living conditions for you and your family.
Along with the owner or the property manager, you play an essential role in keeping the place you occupy as a decent and pleasant place.

You have the right to:

Live in decent accommodation, with minimum health and safety standards.

Have repairs made quickly when they are the owner’s responsibility.

Peacefully enjoy your property without the owner hindering this fundamental principle.

However, you must:

Occupy the property correctly as if it were your own and respect the purpose of the property.

Pay the rent and costs on time, according to the pre-requisites stipulated in the lease.

Furnish the premises.

On the day of your departure, return the premises in pristine condition, and at the same time return the keys and pay any sums that may be due.

For information

The rent shown is the net rent, excluding costs.

The costs are either provisional or fixed.

The area is given in m² and does not include cellars, attics, garages, terraces, but simply rooms for living, bathroom and kitchens.
